A founding shareholder of the firm, Anthony Choueifati graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law. His 15-plus years of experience play a significant role in advising clients related to legal planning, contract drafting and negotiation, franchising, business entity selection, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions.

Representative Matters:

• Regularly represents high net-worth individuals in the structuring and restructuring of operating business entities, Family Limited Partnerships and 501(c)(3) family foundations.
• Negotiated and drafted preferred interest operating agreement related to $65MM sale/contribution of multiple television and radio stations.
• Restructured fast-growing multi-state medical, technology and ancillary services business.
• Represented numerous clients related to purchases, sales and mergers of existing businesses, with a cumulative value of over $100MM. Transactions have included professional services firms, software and technology businesses, vehicle services companies, restaurant/bars, hotel/hospitality, and industrial companies.
• Supported regional title company expansion plan by representing them in their acquisition of smaller local title companies and negotiating real estate leases and other pertinent agreements.
• For a group of investors, created business structure to invest in a sports agency, created a partnership agreement, created employment agreements, and provided ongoing corporate governance guidance. Eventually represented the investors in the sale of the sports agency.
